摘　　要：详细论述了固定床、流化床、移动床3种丙烷脱氢制丙烯工艺的技术特点,并分析了不同工艺的公用工程消耗。不同的丙烷脱氢制丙烯规模可选择相应的工艺路线,小规模脱氢装置可选择流化床工艺,大规模生产装置可选择固定床或移动床工艺。The technical characteristics of three propane dehydrogenation processes,namely fixed bed,fluidized bed,and moving bed,were discussed in detail,and the utility consumption of different processes was analyzed.Different scales of propane dehydrogenation to propylene can be chosen corresponding suitable process routes.Small scale dehydrogenation units can choose fluidized bed processes,while large-scale production units can choose fixed bed or moving bed processes.
