摘　　要：大学生参与创新创业实践项目正成为高校创新性人才培养的重要方式,然而受限于专业指导老师的不足以及项目的不确定和复杂性,对该类实践项目的指导效果欠佳。该文旨在基于教练技术GROW提问法,探索具有较强普适性的指导方法,形成具体的问题列表和提问方法,以期为高校创新创业实践项目指导提供参考和借鉴。College students'participation in innovation and entrepreneurship practice projects is becoming an important way to cultivate innovative talents in colleges and universities.However,due to the lack of professional guidance teachers and the uncertainty and complexity of projects,the guiding effect of such practice projects is not good.This paper aims to explore a guidance method with strong universal applicability based on the GROW question method of coaching technology,and form a specific question list and question method,in order to provide reference and reference for the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship practice projects in colleges and universities.
