摘　　要：人才是第一资源,也是国家发展的战略资源,而课程思政建设是全面提高人才培养质量的重要任务。为了应对当前专业课程思政建设的不平衡、不充分等问题,河海大学积极搭建土木交通类专业课程思政教育资源共享平台,构建土木交通类专业课程思政协同联动教学资源库,创建土木交通类专业课程思政建设保障体制机制,创设四方共促的土木交通类专业一体化数字管理保障机制,从而为现代化强国建设培养德才兼备的土木人才,为落实高校“三全育人”根本任务贡献河海土木智慧。Talents are the primary resource and a strategic resource for national development.The construction of course ideology and politics education is an essential task to improve the quality of talent cultivation comprehensively.To address the imbalances and inadequacies in current course ideological and political education,Hohai University actively builds a shared platform for civil engineering program resources,constructs a collaborative teaching resource library,establishes a guarantee mechanism for curriculum ideology and politics education in civil engineering programs,and creates a digital management system to promote integrated supervision in civil and transportation engineering disciplines.These efforts aim to cultivate morally and professionally competent civil talents for the construction of a modern strong country and contribute civil wisdom to fulfilling the fundamental task of comprehensive education at universities.
