摘　　要：对外话语对展示国家形象、提升国际话语权、维护国家安全和利益等方面的重要作用日益凸显。阐明对外话语的历史与内涵,有利于我国对外话语体系的构建。通过厘清话语相关术语,回顾我国对外话语的历史演进与传承,进而分析我国对外话语体系的内涵建设及其构建。对外话语的内涵研究彰显了新时代中国特色社会主义国家的形象与四个“自信”,使中国话语可接受、可共享、可互鉴。The international discourse plays an increasingly important role in displaying national image,enhancing international discourse power,safeguarding national security and interests.Clarifying the history and connotation of international discourse is conducive to the construction of China’s international discourse system.In the paper,the authors clarify the relevant terms of discourse,review the historical evolution and inheritance of China’s international discourse and analyze the connotation construction of China’s international discourse system.The research on the connotation of international discourse highlights the image of a socialist country with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the“four confidences”,making Chinese discourse acceptable,shareable and learnable from each other.
