摘　　要：高校的党内学习教育活动需要紧密围绕中心工作展开,通过将学习教育与教育教学、科研创新等核心业务深度融合,构建“党建引领、业务融合”的工作格局,使党内学习教育成为推动高校高质量发展的内在动力,这不仅能够提升党员干部的综合素质和业务能力,还能在全校范围内营造积极向上的学习氛围,为培养更多优秀人才、产出更多科研成果提供有力保障。同时,这种深度融合的学习教育模式也有助于防止学习教育活动流于形式,确保学习成果真正落到实处、收到实效。The Party-wide education campaigns in colleges and universities need to be carried out closely around the central work.By deeply integrating education with central tasks such as education and teaching,scientific research and innovation,the working pattern of“Party building guidance and business integration”should be constructed,so that the Party-wide education can become the internal driving force to promote the high-quality development of colleges and universities.This can not only improve the comprehensive quality and professional ability of Party members and cadres,but also create a positive learning atmosphere throughout the school,and provide a strong guarantee for cultivating more excellent talents and producing more scientific research results.Meanwhile,the deep education-task integration model also helps to prevent education campaigns from becoming a mere formality,and ensure that the results are truly implemented and effective.
