摘 要:往复机构的健康状态对系统的可靠性和维护至关重要。以某型大口径舰炮发射系统的往复摆弹机构为具体研究对象,通过采用基于循环跳跃技术改进的Archard磨损模型,建立一套模拟往复磨损过程的仿真方法,实现了磨损过程的精确预测和分析。仿真结果表明:循环跳跃技术显著提高了仿真效率,减少了计算资源的消耗;由模型得到了磨损体积和接触压力的动态变化规律;模型预测的关键时间节点、磨损速率和磨损深度与实验情况相符,为往复机构的优化设计和维护策略提供了可靠的数据支持。The health state of the reciprocating mechanism is crucial to the reliability and maintenance of the system.Taking the reciprocating mechanism of a large-calibre naval gun launching system as the specific research object,a set of simulation methods to simulate the reciprocating wear process was established by adopting the improved Archard wear model based on the cyclic jumping technique,which achieved the accurate prediction and analysis of the wear process.The simulation shows that the loop jumping technique significantly improves the simulation efficiency and reduces the consump-tion of computational resources,that the dynamic changes of the wear volume and contact pressure are obtained from the model,and that the key time nodes,wear rate and wear depth predicted by the model are consistent with the experimental situation,which provides reliable data support for the opti-mal design and maintenance strategy of the reciprocating mechanism.
