摘　　要：通过问卷调查及数据分析等方法系统分析电子商务运营技能大赛在提升高职院校学生就业能力方面的作用机制。结果表明,电子商务运营技能大赛不仅显著促进了学生专业技能与知识的深化,还通过实践经验的积累、团队协作与沟通能力的提升、创新思维的激发及职业规划与职业认同的强化等综合提升了高职院校学生的就业能力。对以上维度进行相关性分析得知,电子商务运营技能大赛对高职院校学生就业能力的影响与其他因素之间都呈现显著正相关性。By means of questionnaire survey and data analysis,the study systematically analyzes the function mechanism of e-commerce operation skills competition in improving the employability of students in higher vocational colleges.The results show that e-commerce operation skills competition not only significantly promotes the deepening of students’professional skills and knowledge,but also comprehensively improves the employability of vocational college students through the accumulation of practical experience,the improvement of team cooperation and communication ability,the stimulation of innovative thinking,and the strengthening of career planning and professional identity.Through the correlation analysis of the dimensions above,it is found that there is significant positive correlation between the influence of e-commerce operation skills competition on the employability of students in higher vocational colleges and other factors.
