眉下切口提眉术联合重睑成形术对中重度上睑松弛患者上睑皱纹改善情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨眉下切口提眉术联合重睑成形术对中重度上睑松弛患者的影响。方法回顾性分析2022年2月—2024年2月南京中医药大学附属盐城市中医院收治的60例中重度上睑松弛患者的病历资料,根据治疗方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组行眉下切口提眉术,观察组行眉下切口提眉术联合重睑成形术。对比两组患者的上睑皱纹改善情况、眼眶形态指标、美容效果满意度及并发症发生情况。结果术前,两组皱纹评估量表(Lemperle)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2个月,观察组Lemperle评分为(0.72±0.16)分,低于对照组的(1.46±0.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2个月,观察组角膜内侧睑缘-重睑褶皱距离、睑缘-角膜映光点距离、瞳孔中点睑缘-重睑褶皱距离、外眦处睑缘-重睑褶皱距离分别为(0.97±0.20)mm、(0.42±0.09)mm、(1.41±0.46)mm、(1.97±0.59)mm,均长于对照组的(0.75±0.16)mm、(0.30±0.06)mm、(1.09±0.32)mm、(1.46±0.48)mm,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组美容效果满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论眉下切口提眉术联合重睑成形术能改善中重度上睑松弛患者的上睑皱纹松弛情况,提高美容效果,且无严重并发症,存在一定的应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of eyebrow lifting with subeyebrow incision and double eyelid plasty on patients with moderate to severe upper eyelid laxity.Methods From February 2022 to February 2024,the medical records of 60 patients with moderate to severe upper eyelid laxity admitted to Yancheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were retrospectively analyzed,according to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with eyebrow lifting through subeyebrow incision,and the observation group was treated with eyebrow lifting through subeyebrow incision combined with double eyelid plasty.The improvement of upper eyelid wrinkles,orbital shape indicators,cosmetic effect satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before operation,there was no significant difference in score of the Wrinkle Assessment Scale(Lemperle)between the two groups(P>0.05);2 months after the operation,the Lemperle score in the observation group was(0.72±0.16)points,which was lower than(1.46±0.35)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 months after surgery,the distance between inner eyelid margin and double eyelid fold,the distance between eyelid margin and corneal reflection point,the distance between eyelid margin and double eyelid fold at the middle point of pupil,and the distance between eyelid margin and double eyelid fold at the lateral canthus in the observation group were(0.97±0.20)mm,(0.42±0.09)mm,(1.41±0.46)mm,and(1.97±0.59)mm,respectively,which were longer than(0.75±0.16)mm,(0.30±0.06)mm,(1.09±0.32)mm,(1.46±0.48)mm of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cosmetic effect satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(
