摘 要:砂卵石地层是力学不稳定地层,富水砂卵石地层盾构近距离下穿建(构)筑物工程易引起地层损失和围岩扰动。该文采用数值模拟和现场试验方式开展富水砂卵石地层盾构下穿既有房屋结构的地面扰动沉降规律研究,研究结果表明,下穿过程中,盾构隧道掘进先对既有房屋结构水平变形产生影响,再对沉降变形产生影响。随着盾构掘进,房屋结构的最大沉降变形发生在房屋中轴线附近,而最大水平位移则发生在下穿建筑物完成后。钢管隔离桩+跟踪注浆+洞内注浆组合加固措施结合稳定的掘进参数控制能有效减小富水砂卵石地层盾构下穿施工对浅基房屋结构的影响。Sandy Cobble Stratum are mechanically unstable strata.Shield tunneling projects in water-rich Sandy Cobble Stratum can easily cause stratigraphic losses and surrounding rock disturbanceswhen passing through buildings(structures)at close distances.This paper uses numerical simulation and field tests to conduct research on disturbance settlement characteristics of shield tunneling passing through existing building structures in water-rich sandy cobble stratum.The results demonstrate that:During the penetration process,shield tunnel excavation first affects the horizontal deformation of the existing structure,and then affects the settlement deformation.As the shield tunneled,the maximum settlement deformation occurred near the central axis of the house,while the maximum horizontal displacement occurred after the tunneling was completed.The combined reinforcement measures of steel pipe isolation piles+tracking grouting+in-hole grouting combined with stable excavation parameter control can effectively reduce the impact of shield tunneling project on shallow foundation structure in water-rich sandy cobble stratum.
