摘 要:噪声扰民是城市轨道交通高架线路的主要环境污染问题之一。以重庆轨道交通一号线的车轮为研究对象,使用ANSYS对车轮进行模态分析和谐响应分析,然后使用LMSvirtual.lab分析车轮导纳峰值处的相关声振特性并进行了可视化研究。分析结果表明,在1000Hz以上高频域范围内,车轮踏面和辐板出现较大的振动,且随着频率增大,踏面和辐板振动更加显著;在2000Hz以上高频域范围内,径向模态对轮轨噪声的影响更大,在(r,5)模态下,声功率达到最大值107.75dB;车轮声辐射指向性具有一定的对称性,随着频率的增加,指向性的旁瓣个数呈现先增加后减少的趋势,且车轮面向轨道线路以外区域的噪声声压级,大于朝内一侧;将车轮划分为轮缘、轮辋、踏面、辐板及轮毂5个部分进行声学贡献分析,总体而言辐板对车轮噪声的贡献最大,应当针对性的设置降噪措施。Noise disturbance is one of the main environmental pollution problems of overhead lines for urban rail transit.Taking the wheel of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 1 as a research object,ANSYS was applied to analyze the modal and harmonious response of the wheel in this paper.Then,LMS virtual.lab was used to analyze the relevant acoustic and vibration characteristics at the peak of wheel admittance and carry out visualization research.The analysis results showed that the tread and spoke vibrated greatly in the high frequency range above l,000 Hz,and with the increase of frequency,the tread and spoke vibrate more significantly.In the high frequency range above 2,000 Hz,the radial mode had a greater impact on wheel-rail noise.In the(r,5)mode,the acoustic power reached the maximum value of 107.75 dB.The directivity of wheel sound radiation had a certain symmetry.With the increase of frequency,the number of sidelobes of directedness increased first and then decreased,and the noise pressure level of the wheel facing outside the track line was greater than that facing inside.The wheel was divided into 5 parts:flange,rim,wheel tread,spoke plate and hub for acoustic contribution analysis.In general,spoke plate contributed the most to wheel noise,and specific noise reduction measures should be taken.
