摘 要:本研究以参加北京市团委和四川省团委组织的暑期“云”社会实践的实践团队为研究对象,通过心理资本(PCQ-24)量表、团队绩效量表和团队异质性量表等工具,对大学生社会实践团队心理资本、团队异质性和团队绩效情况进行测量分析,深入探究了三者之间的关系,并对团队异质性的调节作用进行了检验。研究结论如下:(1)大学生的社会实践团队绩效总体水平较为理想;团队心理资本处于中等偏上水平,其中团队韧性有待提高;团队异质性水平较高,其中价值观异质性水平最高;(2)团队心理资本与团队绩效显著正向相关;(3)团队心理资本与团队异质性存在显著相关性;(4)团队异质性在心理资本与团队绩效的干扰型调节作用显著,在心理资本与任务绩效间的干扰型调节作用不显著。This study focused on teams that participated in the summer online social practice organized by the Beijing Municipal Youth League Committee and the Sichuan Provincial Youth League Committee.Through the tools of psychological capital(PCQ-24)scale,team performance scale and team heterogeneity scale,the psychological capital,team heterogeneity and team performance of college students'social practice teams were measured and analyzed,the relationship among the three was deeply explored,and the moderating effect of team heterogeneity was tested.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)the overall level of social practice team performance of college students is ideal;the psychological capital of the team is at the upper middle level,among which the team resilience needs to be improved;the level of team heterogeneity was high,with the highest level of value heterogeneity;(2)team psychological capital is significantly positively correlated with team performance;(3)there was a significant correlation between team psychological capital and team heterogeneity;(4)team heterogeneity has a significant effect on the disturbing moderation of psychological capital and team performance,but the disturbing moderating effect between psychological capital and task performance is not significant.
