摘  要:民办高等教育作为我国高等教育体系中不可或缺的一环,对推动高等教育普及化进程起到了关键作用。然而,尽管当前民办高等教育呈现出迅猛的发展势头,却也面临着诸多挑战。针对当前民办高校在师资队伍建设方面存在的突出问题,如师资结构失衡、激励评价机制不健全以及教师流动性过高等,本文从人力资源管理的角度出发,深入剖析了这些问题背后的原因。Private higher education is an indispensable part in the higher education system of our country,and plays a key role in pro‐moting the process of popularization of higher education.However,although the current private higher education shows a rapid devel‐opment momentum,it also faces many challenges.In view of the outstanding problems existing in the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities,such as the imbalance of teacher structure,the imperfect incentive and evaluation mechanism and the high turnover of teachers,this paper analyzes the reasons behind these problems from the perspective of human resource management.
