《诗经·关雎》英译策略体系描写研究——以理雅各、阿连璧、庞德、许渊冲、汪榕培译本为例

摘　　要：本文基于汉语古诗英译策略体系,从语言、形式、词语转换及附翻译扩展四个方面,评估了《诗经·关雎》五个经典英译本。各译本在遵循古诗翻译原则的同时,展现了策略多样性,如语言风格、形式处理、词语转换及附注扩展的不同。研究揭示了《诗经·关雎》英译的丰富性与复杂性,验证了汉语古诗英译策略体系对《诗经》翻译的适用性,强调综合应用翻译策略对准确传达古诗意境的重要性。Based on the strategic system for English translation of classical Chinese poetry,this paper evaluates five classic English translations of“Guanju”from“TheBookofSongs”from four aspects:language,form,word conversion,and additional translational expansion.While adhering to the principles of translating ancient poetry,each translation demonstrates a diversity of strategies,such as differences in language style,form treatment,word conversion,and annotation expansion.The study reveals the richness and com‐plexity of the English translations of“Guanju”,verifies the applicability of the strategic system for English translation of classical Chi‐nese poetry to the translation of“TheBookofSongs”,and emphasizes the importance of comprehensively applying translation strate‐gies for accurately conveying the artistic conception of ancient poetry.
