摘  要:在一些上覆建筑物较多且人口密集的区域,隧道的设计与施工是一个难点。由于施工条件以及经济因素等条件的限制,隧道将不可避免要从既有建筑物下方穿过,所以围绕隧道施工对上部建筑物的影响展开分析非常必要。通过有限元软件进行隧道施工的仿真模拟,分析了隧道施工后框架结构的轴力、水平变形、框架结构桩基础的竖向变形,来确定隧道施工对上部框架结构造成的影响。结果表明:(1)隧道开挖会使建筑物的桩基础产生沉降变形,且沉降变形不均匀;(2)隧道开挖使框架柱的轴力增加,但对边柱的影响较大,对中柱的影响较小。(3)隧道施工使建筑物产生水平位移,且高楼层的水平位移大于低楼层的水平位移。The design and construction of tunnels is a difficult task in areas with many overlying buildings and dense population.Due to the constraints of construction conditions and economic factors,it is inevitable that tunnels have to pass underneath the existing buildings,so it is of practical value to analyse the impacts of tunnel construction on the overlying buildings.Through the simulation of tunnel construction by finite element software,the axial force,horizontal deformation of the frame structure and vertical deformation of the pile foundation of the frame structure are analysed after the tunnel construction to determine the impact of tunnel construction on the upper frame structure.The results show that:(1)Tunnel excavation causes settlement deformation of the pile foundation of the building,and the settlement deformation is not uniform;(2)Tunnel excavation increases the axial force of the frame columns,but it has a greater effect on the side columns and a smaller effect on the centre columns.(3)Tunneling causes horizontal displacement of the building,and the horizontal displacement of the higher floors is greater than that of the lower floors.
