摘 要:高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设面临着新的机遇与挑战,基于L高职学院教师队伍建设实践,剖析当前“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的问题。研究发现,主要问题涵盖教师队伍结构不合理、专任教师“双师”素养不足及管理机制不健全等方面,具体表现为编制配置不合理、年龄与专业结构失衡、学历发展受限、高层次成果及人才引进困境、评价及激励体系不完善等。对此,高职院校应优化人才引进策略,创新“双师型”教师培养模式,构建多层次评价体系及激励机制。The construction of the“dual qualified”teacher team in vocational colleges is facing new opportunities and challenges.Based on the practice of teacher team construction in L vocational college,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current construction of the“dual qualified”teacher team.The research has found that the main problems include an unreasonable structure of the teaching staff,insufficient“dual qualified”literacy among full-time teachers,and inadequate management mechanisms,which include unreasonable staffing,imbalanced age and professional structure,limited educational development,difficulties in introducing high-level achievements and talents,and an imperfect evaluation and incentive system.In this regard,vocational colleges should optimize their talent introduction strategies,innovate the“dual qualified”teacher training model,and establish a multi-level evaluation system and incentive mechanism.
