摘 要:针对拖拉机发动机供油结构进行了优化设计和试验研究。首先,介绍了拖拉机发动机供油系统的组成部分和工作原理,分析了供油系统存在的问题;然后,提出了一种改进的供油结构设计方案,并基于响应面法进行优化试验。试验结果表明:通过分析得到优化结果为转速3 000 r/min、旋转油道直径6 mm、油路压力120 MPa,此时理论摩擦功耗为60.09%,端泄流量为0.602,满足生产要求。研究结果为拖拉机发动机供油系统的优化设计提供了参考依据,具有一定的理论和实际意义。In this paper,the optimized design and experimental research were carried out for the oil supply structure of tractor engine.Firstly,the components and working principle of tractor engine oil supply system were introduced,and the problems of oil supply system were analyzed.Then an improved oil supply structure design scheme was proposed,and the optimization test was carried out based on the response surface method.The experimental results showed that the optimized result was obtained through the analysis of speed:3000 r/m,rotating oil channel diameter:6 mm,oil circuit pressure:120 MPa,when the theoretical frictional power consumption was 60.09%and the end drain flow rate was 0.602,which meeted the production requirements.This study provides a reference basis for the optimal design of tractor engine oil supply system,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
