胶囊式胎体自动贴合辅助工装的设计

摘　　要：针对特种轮胎成型胎体鼓两侧悬出胎体帘布宽度较大且没有支撑,无法实现自动贴合与滚压的问题,设计了胶囊式胎体自动贴合辅助工装。该辅助工装分左右两部分,分别安装在胎体鼓两侧主轴与尾座箱体主轴上,可以对胎体鼓两侧悬出胎体帘布进行支撑,与胎体鼓同步旋转,完成胎体帘布的自动贴合、滚压和反包,提高了轮胎成型质量和效率,极大地降低了工人劳动强度。To address the issue of oversized unsupported carcass cord fabric overhanging both sides of the carcass drum during the forming of specialty tires,which hindered automatic fitting and rolling,a capsule-type auxiliary tool for automatic fitting carcass was designed.The auxiliary tool was divided into two parts of the left and right,installed on the main axis on both sides of the carcass drum and the main axis of the tailstock box.It could support the carcass cord fabric hanging out from both sides of the carcass drum,rotate synchronously with the carcass drum,complete the automatic fitting,rolling and reverse wrapping of the carcass fabric,which could improve the forming quality and efficiency,and greatly reduce the labor intensities of workers.
