摘 要:针对无铁心轴向磁通永磁电机因绕组电感较小而导致的定子电流波动大、峰值可控性差的问题,通过推导直流侧母线电压与定子电流波动峰值之间的数学关系,提出了一种变母线电压控制策略,即减小逆变桥侧直流母线电压和实际工况下反电动势的差值。根据实际转速和电磁转矩确定母线电压的最小值,同时结合最大电流纹波允许值和反电动势来设定母线电压的最大值;在此基础上,运用最优电压算法得到逆变器直流侧母线电压的最佳值。仿真和实验结果表明,所提最优电压算法和变母线电压控制策略能够显著改善电流波形,有效降低定子电流的波动和峰值,为无铁心轴向磁通永磁电机的性能优化提供了参考。Aiming at the problem of large stator current fluctuation and poor peak controllability caused by small winding inductance of coreless axial flux permanent magnet motor,a variable bus voltage control strategy was proposed by deducing the mathematical relationship between the DC bus voltage and the peak value of stator current fluctuation,which reduces the difference between the DC bus voltage on the inverter bridge side and the back EMF under actual working conditions.The minimum value of the bus voltage was determined according to the actual speed and electromagnetic torque,and the maximum value of the bus voltage was set by combining the maximum current ripple allowable value and the back electromotive force.On this basis,the optimal voltage algorithm was used to obtain the optimal value of the DC bus voltage of the inverter.The simulation and experimental results show that the optimal voltage algorithm and variable bus voltage control strategy proposed can significantly improve the current waveform,effectively reduce the fluctuation and peak value of stator current,and provide strong support for the performance optimization of axial flux stator coreless permanent magnet motor.
