摘 要:煤泥浮选过程是变量耦合、时滞及非线性的复杂工业过程,其动态模型的建立是研究煤泥浮选过程智能控制方法的基础。针对现有煤泥浮选过程控制模型难以反映实际煤泥浮选过程全流程运行动态特性的问题,基于质量守恒原理建立了一种煤泥浮选过程全流程仿真模型。首先,通过对煤泥浮选过程各关键设备的机理分析,建立了相应工艺环节的数学模型;其次,为模拟煤泥浮选过程全流程运行状态,联结各模块构建了完整的煤泥浮选过程模型,其中,模型参数采用粒子群优化(particle swarm optimization,PSO)算法辨识得到。最后,通过仿真实验验证了所建模型的有效性,为煤泥浮选过程先进控制方法和优化策略的研究提供了理论基础。The coal slurry flotation process is a complex industrial process with variable coupling,time-delay and nonlinearity.A suitable dynamic process model is necessary for the research of intelligent control of coal slurry flotation process.In view of the problem that most existing models of coal slurry flotation process is difficult to reflect the dynamic characteristics of the whole process operation of the actual coal slurry flotation process.A first principle dynamic mathematical model is developed for a coal slurry flotation circuit.Firstly,by analyzing the mechanism of each key equipment of the coal slurry flotation process,the corresponding part of process dynamic mathematical models are developed.Secondly,for simulate the operation performance of the whole process of coal slurry flotation,a complete model of the coal slurry flotation process is constructed by linking the modules,in which the model parameters are identified by particle swarm optimization(PSO).Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by the simulation experiment,and the research results can provide theoretical basis for the research of advanced control methods and optimization strategies in coal slurry flotation process.
