摘　　要：目的探讨辅助牵引法在胃黏膜下肿瘤(G-SMTs)内镜治疗中的作用。方法选取2021年1月—2024年2月经内镜治疗的G-SMTs患者133例,根据内镜治疗中是否使用辅助牵引法,分为传统组(n=61)和牵引组(n=72)。通过倾向性评分匹配(PSM)2组患者的基线资料后,获得51对匹配对象。比较2组患者的手术时间、肿瘤整块切除率、不良事件发生率和相关住院指标。结果与传统组比较,牵引组的手术时间更短(36.22 min vs 45.00 min,P=0.003),但2组的肿瘤整块切除率、不良事件发生率和相关住院指标等的差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论辅助牵引法可有效缩短手术时间、提高手术效率,推荐在G-SMTs内镜治疗中使用。Objective To investigate the role of assisted traction method in endoscopic treatment of gastric submucosal tumors(G-SMTs).Methods A total of 133 patients with G-SMTs who were treated by endoscopy from January 2021 to February 2024 were selected and divided into the traditional group(n=61)and traction group(n=72)according to whether or not the assisted traction method was used.After propensity score matching(PSM)of baseline data of the two groups,51 pairs of matched subjects were obtained,and the surgical duration,rate of en bloc resection,incidence of adverse events,and related hospitalization indicators were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the traditional group,the traction group had a shorter surgical duration(36.22 min vs 45.00 min,P=0.003),but there was no significant difference in the rate of en bloc resection,adverse events incidence and related hospitalization indicators(P>0.05).Conclusions The assisted traction method can effectively shorten the surgical duration and improve the efficiency of surgery and it is recommended to be used in the endoscopic treatment of G-SMTs.
