摘　　要：研究生《基因工程》课程作为农业高校中的一门专业课,其总体目标除承担传授专业知识和技能外,更注重培养爱国情怀、激发创新能力、提高个人素养、塑造正确的世界观和科学观。课程思政是落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径。在课程实践中深入挖掘课程思政元素,树立学生的爱国情和强国志,具有重要的课程育人价值。As a major course in agricultural universities,the overall goal of the graduate course“Genetic Engineering”is not only to instruct the professional knowledge and skills,but also to pay more attention to cultivating patriotic feelings,stimulating innovation ability,improving personal quality,and shaping a correct world outlook and scientific view.Ideological and politics is an important way to implement the fundamental task of moral education.In the curriculum practice,deeply excavating the ideological and political elements of the course,establishing the students'patriotism has the important value in curriculum education.
