摘  要:为提高采煤机用降尘喷嘴降尘性能,提出了一种采煤机降尘喷嘴结构的优化设计方法。首先,建立了采煤机降尘喷嘴的流体动力学模型,得到了采煤机降尘喷嘴的出口速度和出口质量流率。其次,以采煤机降尘喷嘴矩形口长度、喷嘴口径、收缩半角、扩张半角为设计变量,以喷嘴出口最大速度和出口质量流率为目标,设计优化拉丁超立方实验,建立了目标函数与设计变量之间的响应面模型,并对设计变量进行了局部灵敏度分析。最后,在响应面模型的基础上,用多目标遗传算法对降尘喷嘴的结构参数进行了多目标优化,得到矩形口长度为0.760 mm、喷嘴口径半径为0.899 mm、收缩半角为43.003°、扩张半角为40.087°时,出口最大速度和质量流率同时最优,与优化前相比,出口最大速度提升了2.3%,出口质量流率提升了16.1%,提升了采煤机降尘喷嘴的降尘性能。In order to improve the dust reduction performance of dust reduction nozzles for shearer,an optimization design method for the structure of shearer dust reduction nozzles is proposed.Firstly,the hydrodynamic model of the dustreduction nozzle for shearer was established,and the exit velocity and exit mass flow rate of the dustreduction nozzle for shearer were obtained.Secondly,taking the rectangular mouth length,nozzle caliber,contraction half-angle,and expansion half-angle of the shearer dust reduction nozzle as the design variables,and taking the maximum nozzle exit velocity and the exit mass flow rate as the objectives,the optimized Latin hypercubic experiments were designed,and the response surface model between the objective function and the design variables was established,and the local sensitivity analysis of the design variables was carried out.Finally,on the basis of the response surface model,multi-objective optimization of the structural parameters of the dust reduction nozzle was carried out by multi-objective genetic algorithm,and it was obtained that the maximum exit velocity and mass flow rate were optimal at the same time when the length of the rectangular mouth was 0.760 mm,the nozzle aperture radius was 0.899 mm,the contraction half-angle was 43.003°,and the expansion half-angle was 40.087°,by compared with the pre-optimization,the maximum exit velocity is increased by 2.3%and the exit mass flow rate is increased by 16.1%,which improves the dust reduction performance of the dust reduction nozzle of the shearer.
