摘 要:学术志趣是潜心学术、琢磨学问的动力之源。目前人文社科类研究生普遍面临学术志趣不高、学术目标定位不清、学术理想抱负不高等问题。文章基于成就目标定向理论,采取质性分析方法,对9所高校13名人文社科领域的优秀学者进行访谈,归纳总结出基于目标定向的研究生学术成长模型。模型显示,内部动机和外部驱动影响学术志趣的形成,通过学术训练和学术发展,学术志趣持续作用于目标定向,促进回避目标定向转化为趋近目标定向。恰当的目标定向又对个体的学术训练和学术发展提出新的要求,通过绩效反馈于学术志趣,由此不断循环往复,最终实现学术致远。总而言之,目标定向作为从志趣到致远的“桥梁”,有助于推动研究生在长期学术生涯中行稳致远,实现学术理想和自我成就。Academic interest is the source of a person's motivation to concentrate on academic pursuits.At present,graduate students in humanities and social sciences are generally faced with problems such as low academic interest,unclear academic goals and low academic ideals.Based on the theory of achievement and goal orientation,this paper adopts qualitative analysis method to interview 13 outstanding scholars in humanities and social sciences in 9 local universities,and summarizes the academic growth model for graduate students to move from interest to ambition.The model shows that internal motivation and external drive affect the formation of academic interest.Through academic training and academic development,academic interest continues to act on goal orientation,promoting the transformation from avoiding goal orientation to approaching goal orientation.Proper goal orientation once again puts forward new requirements for individual academic training and academic development,and feeds back to academic interests through performance,which will continue to cycle back and forth and eventually achieve academic goals.In a word,goal orientation,as a"bridge"from interests to ambitions,is helpful to promote graduate students to be steady and promising in their long-term academic career and realize their academic ideals and self-achievement.
