大学生顶岗实习状况深度分析——以食品质量与安全专业为例

摘  要:以广东海洋大学食品质量与安全专业2018级、2019级和2020级学生为调查对象,在他们完成顶岗实习后进行问卷调查,以全面了解学生的实习状态,以及他们对求职能力、职业发展、专业培养的认知程度,为专业人才培养改革提供依据。调查结果显示,不同年级学生对实习岗的认知总体一致,均高度认可顶岗实习对求职、职业发展的影响,但教师联系岗学生和自主实习岗学生对求职能力、职业发展及专业培养等方面的认知存在显著差异,自主实习岗学生对专业有更高的认同度和自信心,推测这些差异与他们的实习求职经历密切相关。此调查结果为专业反思顶岗实习模式提供了重要依据。This paper investigates the internship status of students in the 2018,2019,and 2020 cohorts of our Food Quality and Safety(Food Safety)program.A questionnaire survey was conducted after they completed their internships to comprehensively understand their internship experiences and their perceptions of job-seeking abilities,career development,and professional training.The findings provide a basis for reforming professional talent training.The survey results show that students from different cohorts generally share similar perceptions of internship positions.All students highly recognize the impact of internships on job-seeking and career development.However,there are significant differences in perceptions of job-seeking abilities,career development,and professional training between students in teacher-coordinated internships and self-initiated internships.Students in self-initiated internships have higher professional identity and confidence,suggesting that these differences are closely related to their internship and job-seeking experiences.The findings provide important insights for the program to reflect on and improve the internship model.
