摘 要:培养社会需要的优秀人才是高等教育重点关注的问题,深化产教融合、校企合作是推动高等教育内涵式发展的重要方式。以医学实验技术专业建设为研究内容,分析医学实验技术专业人才培养存在的问题,并提出了深化产教融合、校企合作人才培养的举措,通过培养“双师双能型”教师队伍、增加大学生实习实践基地建设、邀请企业参与专业人才培养方案以及对大学生进行职业价值观教育引导,实现了学生创新创业思维的提升、就业水平的提高、社会责任感和综合能力的增强,以及专业创新创业实习实践基地的增加,最终提高了医学实验技术专业人才培养质量。The cultivation of outstanding talents needed by the society is a key issue of higher education.Deepening the integration of production and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises is an important way to promote the connotative development of higher education.This paper takes the construction of medical experimental technology major as the research content,analyzes the problems existing in the training of talents for medical experimental technology majors,and proposes measures to deepen the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises to train talents.Through training the“double qualified”teachers,increasing the construction of college students’practice bases,inviting enterprises to participate in professional personnel training programs and guiding the vocational values education of college students,the improvement of students’innovative and entrepreneurial thinking,the improvement of students’employment level,the enhancement of students’social responsibility and comprehensive ability,and the increase of professional innovation and entrepreneurship practice bases have achieved.Finally,the quality of personnel training for medical experimental technology specialty is improved.
