摘　　要：结合行业特色高校创新创业教育发展的实际情况,以石家庄铁道大学为研究和实践对象,构建了“‘双创’基础—专创融合—创业实践”依次递进、有机衔接的“双创”教育课程体系;采用校内校外、培训引进相结合的方式组建了“双创”教育师资队伍;紧密结合学科专业特色,建设了符合行业人才需求的立体化多元化的“双创”实践平台,最终构建了集课程建设、保障体系、实践平台与创新实践于一体的创新创业教育生态体系。该成果取得了较好的实践效果,对其他行业特色大学开展创新创业教育具有一定的借鉴意义。Based on the actual situation of the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities with industry characteristics,and taking Shijiazhuang Tiedao University as the research and practice object,the course system of entrepreneurship and innovation education has been built with the gradual and organic connection of“Entrepreneurship and innovation Foundation-specialized innovation and integration-entrepreneurship practice”.The teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education has been set up by means of the combination of on-campus and off-campus training and introduction.A stereoscopic and diversified innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform was built to meet the needs of talents in the industry,which was closely combined with the professional characteristics of disciplines.Finally an innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem that integrates curriculum construction,security system,practice platform and innovation practice was built.A good practical effect has been achieved,and this system has certain reference significance for other industries characteristic universities to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education.
