新职教法视域下职业技术大学“三创”教育提质策略探讨

摘  要:随着社会的快速发展和经济形势的日益复杂多变,社会对职业技术人才的需求不断提升。为了培养契合现代社会和经济发展需要的高素质创新创业型人才,职业技术大学积极探索和实施“三创”教育。而在新职教法的视域下,职业技术大学须进一步提升“三创”教育的质量,以满足社会对职业技术人才的需求。通过优化课程设置、改善师资队伍、搭建创新创业平台等策略的实施,为职业技术大学培养更多具备跨学科能力、创新意识和创业精神的人才提供了有力支持。围绕新职教法视域,对职业技术大学“三创”教育的提质策略进行了探讨。With the rapid development of society and the increasingly complex and changeable economy,the demand for professional and technical talents is also increasing.In order to train high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents to meet the needs of modern society and economic development,vocational and technical universities actively explore and implement“Entreprenership,Innovation,Excellence”education.Under the perspective of the new vocational education Law,vocational and technical universities need to further improve the quality of“Entreprenership,Innovation,Excellence”education to meet the social demand for vocational and technical talents.The implementation of strategies such as optimizing curriculum,improving teaching staff and building innovation and entrepreneurship platforms will provide strong support for vocational and technical universities to cultivate more talents with interdisciplinary ability,innovation awareness and entrepreneurship.This paper will focus on the new vocational education law perspective,vocational and technical university“Entreprenership,Innovation,Excellence”education to improve the quality of the strategy.
