新时代高校图书馆管理与服务创新策略分析

摘　　要：高校图书馆应最大限度满足用户需求,为广大师生学习、教学、科研等提供优质服务。组织战略、用户需求、社会环境等对图书馆管理与服务提出了更高要求。为充分发挥图书馆基本职能,高校应从建筑改造、自助服务、管理与服务新理念、资源配置、馆员培养等方面入手创新图书馆管理与服务工作,重塑自身形象,提高自身价值,为建设高等教育强国、实现教育现代化提供有力支撑。University libraries should meet the needs of users to the greatest extent,and provide high-quality services for teachers and students in study,teaching and research.Organizational strategy,user demand and social environment have put forward higher requirements for library management and service.To give full play to the basic functions of library,colleges and universities should strive for building renovation,self-service,management and service,resource allocation,librarians training to innovate library management and service work,reshape their image,improve their own value to provide strong support for the construction of higher education and the realization of education modernization.
