摘 要:创新型冶金工程大学生的培养可为中国引领世界冶金行业的发展提供急需的创新人才。通过培养具备创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才,可以有效推动冶金行业的科技进步和产业升级,满足国家对高层次人才的需求。基于冶金工程专业的特点,传统培训模式难以满足对创新型人才快速增长的需求。全国冶金科技竞赛为冶金工程专业大学生创新能力和创新意识的培养提供了有效途径,中南大学大学生冶金竞赛培养模式和激励机制的建立,则为大学生创新能力的提升提供了有效途径,并获得了良好效果。The training of innovative metallurgical engineering students can provide much-needed innovative talents for China to lead the development of metallurgical industry in the the world.Through training high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability,it can effectively promote the scientific and technological progress and industrial upgrading of the metallurgical industry,and meet the country's demand for high-level talents.Based on the characteristics of metallurgical engineering,the traditional training mode makes it difficult to meet the rapidly growing demand for innovative talents.The National Metallurgical Science and Technology Competition provides an effective way to cultivate the innovation ability and innovation consciousness of metallurgical engineering students,and the establishment of the training mode and incentive mechanism of the metallurgical competition of Central South University provides an effective way to improve the innovation ability of college students and has obtained good results.
