摘 要:为了提升食品供应链的质量安全管理水平,基于全链条质量安全理念,探讨了供应链各环节的优化策略,包括利益相关方的共同参与、信息追溯系统的完善及质量标准体系的健全。通过加强各环节的风险控制与信息化技术应用,显著提高食品安全管理的透明度和效率,有效降低食品安全隐患,保障消费者健康,并推动产业高质量发展。In order to improve the quality and safety management level of the food supply chain,based on the concept of full chain quality and safety,optimization strategies for each link of the supply chain were studied,including the joint participation of stakeholders,the improvement of information traceability systems,and the soundness of quality standard systems.By strengthening risk control and applying information technology in each link,the transparency and efficiency of food safety management can be significantly improved,effectively reduce food safety hazards,safeguard consumer health,and promote high-quality industrial development.
