摘  要:目的:探讨广东凉茶对人体血液和尿液中一氧化氮含量的影响。方法:招募98名健康成人,随机分为两组,分别接受广东凉茶与安慰剂,并在第0周、第1周和第2周进行血液抽取、尿液收集以及常规身体检查。结果:给予广东凉茶两周后,人体血清生化参数无显著变化,但血清中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的含量以及尿液中硝酸盐的含量显著提升。结论:广东凉茶对于人体健康不会产生负面影响,同时可以显著提升人体血清和尿液中总一氧化氮的浓度。Objective:To investigate the effect of Guangdong herbal tea on nitric oxide content in human blood and urine.Method:98 healthy adults were recruited and randomly divided into two groups to receive Guangdong herbal tea and placebo,respectively,and blood extraction,urine collection and routine physical examination were performed at week 0,week 1 and week 2.Result:After two weeks of administration of Guangdong herbal tea,there was no significant difference in serum biochemical parameters between groups.At the same time,it significantly increased the levels of total nitric oxide,nitrite,and nitrate in human serum and urine,as well as the content of nitrate in urine.Conclusion:Guangdong herbal tea has no negative effect on human health,and can significantly increase the concentration of total nitric oxide in human serum and urine.
