胞二磷胆碱联合依达拉奉对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨胞二磷胆碱联合依达拉奉对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者的影响。方法:选取2021年3月—2024年3月扬州大学附属淮安医院接收并确诊的156例AIS患者作为研究样本,运用抛掷硬币法随机分为对照组(在基础治疗基础上给予依达拉奉治疗)与研究组(在对照组基础上联合胞二磷胆碱治疗),各78例。比较两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分与Barthel指数、血清神经营养因子水平、神经损伤因子水平、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组NIHSS评分降低,Barthel指数上升,研究组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胶质细胞源性神经营养因子、脑源性神经营养因子水平均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)升高,S-100β水平均降低,研究组SOD水平高于对照组,S-100β水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:胞二磷胆碱联合依达拉奉能够改善AIS患者神经营养状态、神经损伤,提高日常活动能力。Objective:To investigate the effect of citicoline combined with edaravone on acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:A total of one hundred and fifty-six AIS patients admitted and diagnosed by Huai'an Hospital Affiliated to Yangzhou University from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as study samples.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(receiving edaravone on the basis of basic treatment)and the study group(receiving citicoline on the basis of control group)by coin toss method,seventy-eight cases in each group.The national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel index,serum neurotrophic factor level,nerve injury factor level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared in two groups.Results:After treatment,NIHSS score decreased and Barthel index increased in the two groups,NIHSS score and Barthel index in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of gliocyte derived neurotrophic factor and brain-derived neurotrophic factor were increased in both groups,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,superoxide dismutase(SOD)increased and S-100βlevel decreased in both groups,SOD level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and S-100βlevel was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Citicoline combined with edaravone can improve the neurotrophic status of AIS patients,improve nerve damage,and enhance daily activity ability.
