血清癌胚抗原、糖链抗原19-9预测结肠癌腹腔镜术后复发转移的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链抗原19-9(CA19-9)在结肠癌腹腔镜术后复发转移中的预测价值。方法:选取2019年5月—2023年5月在暨南大学附属第六医院行腹腔镜根治术的113例结肠癌患者为研究对象。术后检查患者血清CEA和CA19-9水平,根据复发转移情况,将其分为复发转移组(n=35)和未复发转移组(n=78)。比较两组血清CEA、CA19-9水平,探讨其与结肠癌腹腔镜术后复发转移的关系。结果:复发转移组CEA、CA19-9水平高于未复发转移组(P<0.001)。联合因子受试者工作特征曲线下面积大于CEA、CA19-9(P<0.001)。结论:结肠癌腹腔镜患者血清CEA、CA19-9水平与术后复发转移有关,可作为患者术后复发转移预测指标。Objective:To investigate the predictive value of serum carcinoembryonie antigen(CEA)and glycochain antigen 19-9(CA19-9)in the recurrence and metastasis of colon cancer after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of one hundred and thirteen patients with colon cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical surgery in the Sixth Affliated Hospital of Jinan University from May 2019 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.The serum CEA and CA 19-9 levels of the patients were examined after surgery.According to the recurrence and metastasis,the patients were divided into recurrence and metastasis group(n=35)and non-recurrence and metastasis group(n=78).The serum CEA and CA19-9 levels were compared between the two groups to explore their relationship with recurrence and metastasis of colon cancer after laparoscopic surgery.Results:The levels of CEA andCA19-9 in patients with rcurrence and metastasis group were higher than those in non-recurrence and metastasis group(P<0.001);the area under the working characteristic curve of combined factor subjects was greater than CEA and CA19-9(P<0.001).Conclusion:Serum CEA and CA19-9 levels in laparoscopic patients with colon cancer are associated with postoperative recurrence and metastasis,and can be used as predictors of postoperative recurrence and metastasis.
