摘　　要：在粤港澳大湾区建设背景下,人才市场对翻译服务行业人才需要大幅增加,供需矛盾逐步凸显。本研究通过对粤港澳大湾区高校翻译人才培养和市场需求现状进行调查,分析高校翻译人才培养与市场需求之间存在的具体矛盾,提出解决供需矛盾的优化策略,更好地为区域经济发展提供翻译服务,助力粤港澳大湾区经济发展。Under the background of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(hereinafter referred to as“the GBA”),the demand for talents in the translation service industry in the talent market has increased significantly,and the contradiction between supply and demand has gradually become prominent.By investigating the current situation of translation talents cultivation in higher education institutes and market demand in the GBA,this study analyzes the specific contradictions between the cultivation of translation talents in higher education institutes and market demand and puts forward optimizing countermeasures to solve the contradictions between supply and demand in translation talents so as to better provide translation services for regional economic development,which is conducive to assisting the economic development in the GBA.
