摘　　要：信息技术的快速发展和数字化时代的来临,对人们的生活方式、工作方式和社交方式产生了巨大影响。在心理健康教育领域,数字化技术为心理知识学习和心理健康教育带来了全新的方式和方法,同时数字化技术快速发展也给个体带来了一系列心理问题。本论文通过研究数字化技术在心理干预中的应用、数字化技术对心理干预带来的机遇和挑战、数字化技术下提升心理干预成效的策略和数字化技术下心理干预的未来发展趋势研究,探讨进一步拓展心理干预的领域和方式,更好地提升心理干预的效果。The rapid development of information technology and the advent of the digital age have had a huge impact on people's lifestyles, work styles, and social interactions. In the field of mental health education, digital technology has brought new ways and methods to psychological knowledge learning and mental health education. At the same time, the rapid development of digital technology has also brought a series of psychological problems to individuals. This paper explores the application of digital technology in psychological intervention, the opportunities and challenges that digital technology brings to psychological intervention, the strategies to improve the effectiveness of psychological intervention under digital technology, and the future development trends of psychological intervention under digital technology. It explores the further expansion of the field and methods of psychological intervention to better enhance its effectiveness.
