基于探究社区理论的混合式教学设计与实践——以《就业指导》课程教学为例

摘　　要：混合式教学已经成为现在高等学校教学的热门模式,很多一线教师都开展了有益的探索。探究社区理论是研究在线环境以及混合式教学的重要理论之一。本研究基于探究社区理论,结合高职院校《就业指导》课程中的“简历制作”教学单元,依托中国大学慕课平台,开展混合式教学设计与实践。结果表明,该理论能较好地促进学生在学习过程中的交流与反思,有利于教学效果的提升。但在该理论的“社会存在”要素部分,在今后的混合式教学设计中还有较大的探索空间。The Theory of Community of Inquiry is one of the important theories for studying online learning environment and blended teaching.Based on MOOC Platform of Chinese universities,this study implemented blended teaching with the course of“Career Guidance”.The result shows that the theory can strengthen students'communication skill and reflective ability.It can also enhance the teaching effect.However,we still have much more exploration in the future about the blended teaching,especially in the part of“social presence”—one of the important elements in the theory.
