摘 要:开发利用非常规饲料资源可缓解人畜争粮的矛盾,对保障国家粮食安全意义重大。刺梨果渣是刺梨鲜果榨汁后的副产物,营养价值高,开发潜力大。刺梨作为牛羊养殖的饲料来源,具有提高牛羊的生产性能、机体抗氧化活性、免疫能力等功能。本文主要综述了刺梨的营养价值、生物活性成分、生物学功能及刺梨果渣在牛羊养殖生产中的应用,以期为刺梨果渣在现代化牛羊养殖中的开发和利用提供参考。The development and utilization of unconventional feed resources can alleviate the contradiction between human and animals for food,and is of great significance to ensure national food security.The residue of roxburgh rose is the byproduct of juice extraction of fresh roxburgh rose fruit,which has high nutritional value and great development potential.It can be used as a feed source for cattle and sheep breeding,and can improve the production performance,antioxidant activity and immune ability of cattle and sheep.This paper mainly summarizes the nutritional value,bioactive constituents,biological functions of roxburgh rose and the application of roxburgh rose residue in cattle and sheep breeding production,and puts forward the problems that need further research in the future,in order to provide reference for the utilization of roxburgh rose residue in modern cattle and sheep breeding.
