摘　　要：通过分析敦煌吐鲁番相关出土文献,探讨我国中古时期疾病谱,以及民间常见疾病的诊疗方法,为相关研究奠定基础。认为这一时期官方医疗机构设置较为完备,普通百姓患病后仍然以自治为主要治疗方法,官方在一定程度上介入了重大疾病的诊治,此外物理疗法、心理疗法、其他疗法也广泛运用于疾病的诊治过程中。By analyzing the excavated literature from Turpan of Dunhuang,the spectrum of diseases in medieval period of China is discussed,as well as the diagnosis and treatment of the common diseases,which could lay the foundation for the relevant studies.We find that official medical institutions are well established in this period,self-treatment is still the mainstay of the treatment for the general population,and the official involvement in the diagnosis and treatment of major diseases has been found to a certain extent,in addition,physical therapy,psychological therapy and others were widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of the diseases.
