全媒体时代高校应用列宁“灌输论”的挑战与应对策略

摘　　要：全媒体为思想政治工作带来了更多机遇和挑战,也为“灌输论”这一思想政治工作重要方法的应用带来了新的环境。通过分析列宁“灌输”思想的内在逻辑,剖析全媒体时代高校应用列宁“灌输论”所面临的挑战及应对策略,对于更好地开展高校思想政治工作具有重要意义。全媒体时代,意识形态工作出现很多新表征,高校意识形态工作也面临了新的挑战。创新发展“灌输论”,筑牢高校意识形态根基,应坚持灌输性与启发性相统一,坚持隐性灌输和显性灌输相结合,推动“灌输”与高校媒体融合发展。All-media brings more opportunities and challenges to ideological and political work,and also brings a new environment for the application of"indoctrination theory",an important method of ideological and political work.By analyzing the internal logic of Lenin's"indoctrination"thought,it is of great significance to analyze the challenges and countermeasures faced by universities applying Lenin's"indoctrination"in the all-media era.In the era of all-media,ideological work appears many new manifestations,and the ideological work of colleges and universities is also facing new challenges.To innovate and develop the"indoctrination theory"and build the ideological foundation of colleges and universities,we should adhere to the unity of indoctrination and inspiration,adhere to the combination of implicit indoctrination and explicit indoctrination,and promote the integration of"indoctrination"and college media.
