新时代背景下高职院校学生职业与就业问题研究

摘　　要：在新时代背景下,职业与就业问题日益凸显,特别是对于高职院校学生来说,面临着更为复杂的职业选择和就业环境。通过深入分析高职院校学生的职业认知与规划现状、就业市场与需求,以及影响职业与就业的因素,提出了学校、学生个人以及社会与政府三个层面的促进策略。以此期望实现学生职业能力的全面提升,从而更好地服务社会和经济发展。In the context of the new era,issues related to vocation and employment have become increasingly prominent,especially for students in higher vocational colleges who face more complex career choices and employment environments.By conducting an in-depth analysis of the current status of vocational cognition and planning among higher vocational college students,the employment market and its demands,as well as factors affecting vocation and employment,this paper proposes promotion strategies at three levels:the school,the individual student,and society and government.These strategies aim to comprehensively enhance students’vocational abilities,thereby better serving social and economic development.
