摘　　要：高质量的绩效管理能够有效促进集团企业实现战略目标,形成高效的发展模式,强化企业的核心竞争优势。文章通过分析集团企业绩效管理的重要意义,剖析目前集团企业在绩效管理实践中存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出了完善绩效管理组织、优化绩效管理执行流程、设定清晰的绩效目标、调整绩效考核指标以及优化绩效考核反馈流程等一系列优化建议。这些建议有助于集团企业更好地开展绩效管理实践,进而全面提升企业经营管理水平和竞争实力。High-quality performance management can effectively promote the group enterprises to achieve strategic goals,form an efficient development model and strengthen the core competitive advantages of enterprises.This paper by analyzing the significance of group enterprise performance management,analysis of the main problems in the performance management practice,put forward the perfect performance management organization,optimize the performance management execution process,set clear performance goals,adjust the performance appraisal index and optimize the performance appraisal feedback process and a series of optimization Suggestions.These suggestions will help the group enterprises to better carry out performance management practice,then comprehensively improve the enterprise management level and competitive strength.
