摘 要:针对实训课程教学存在的教育技术装备与对人才核心素养需求不衔接的教学痛点,本课程设计明确以高层次技术技能人才培养为目标,特别聚焦于职教本科学生群体的实际需求。基于“工程实践+任务驱动+价值引领+赛训结合”的课程建设理念,探索以锚定新型劳动者的能力为要求,打造融入数字孪生信息化技术手段情境构建式教学装备,重构以发展新质生产力衍生的典型工作任务,基于EPIP模式下的“课堂革命”,开展数字孪生场景教学和工程项目验收、游戏闯关、演讲互评、竞赛激励、结果评价、自评、互评等以职业能力和素养为导向的课程考核评价,不断推进人才培养模式的数智化转型。In response to the teaching pain point of the mismatch between educational technology equipment and the demand for core competencies in practical training courses,this course design clearly aims to cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents,with a special focus on the actual needs of vocational education undergraduate students.Based on the curriculum construction concept of"engineering practice+task driven+value guidance+competition and training combination",this study explores the requirement of anchoring the abilities of new workers,creating situational teaching equipment that integrates digital twin information technology,reconstructing typical work tasks derived from the development of new quality productivity,and based on the"classroom revolution"under the EPIP model,conducting digital twin scenario teaching and engineering project acceptance,game challenges,speech evaluation,competition motivation,result evaluation,self-evaluation,mutual evaluation,and other course assessment and evaluation guided by professional ability and literacy,continuously promoting the digital transformation of talent training models.
