摘 要:模拟跌落冲击试验中由橡胶波形发生器产生的半正弦冲击波,认识大质量橡胶形成的波形与传统理论计算波形差距较大的问题,指导跌落冲击试验设计与调试.考虑橡胶质量,建立多自由度弹簧质量系统力学模型,联立运动方程组并求解,对比模型计算得到的加速度响应与实际试验加速度响应,经验证后进行了相关参数敏感性分析.力学模型求解得到加速度响应与实际试验测得加速度响应在幅值和脉宽上基本吻合,且变化趋势大致相符,相比于传统理论计算波形更加真实.结果表明,该多自由度弹簧质量系统力学模型,能够较真实地模拟大质量橡胶波形发生器所产生的加速度响应,可用于指导跌落冲击试验设计与调试.The purpose of this article is to numerically simulate the half-sine shock wave generated by rubber in drop shock tests,to understand the problem that the wave formed in the case of large-mass rubber is far different from the wave formed by traditional theoretical calculation,and to guide the design and debugging of the drop shock tests.Considering the mass of rubber,a mechanical model of multi-degree-of-freedom spring-mass system was established,and the motion equations of the mechanical model were combined and solved.The acceleration response calculated by the model was verified by the actual test acceleration response,and then the sensitivity analysis of related parameters was carried out.The acceleration response obtained by solving the mechanical model is basically agreeable with that measured in the actual test in terms of amplitude and pulse width,and the change trend is roughly consistent,which is more realistic than that found in the wave formed by traditional theoretical calculation.The mechanical model of multi-degree-of-freedom spring-mass system can more realistically simulate the acceleration response generated by the large-mass rubber waveform generator,and can be used to design and debug drop shock tests.
