口服可口可乐联合内镜下圈套器治疗胃石症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨口服可口可乐联合胃镜下圈套器治疗胃石症的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2016年2月~2023年2月37例胃石症患者资料,根据是否联合胃镜下圈套器治疗分为对照组(单独可口可乐治疗)和研究组(可口可乐联合胃镜下圈套器治疗)。评估两组患者胃石治愈情况,对比两组患者胃石大小和胃石形成时间,分析胃石形成时间对疗效的影响。记录两组患者治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果:研究组胃石治愈率(94.74%)高于对照组(66.67%,P=0.042)。可口可乐对于形成时间≥14 d的胃石溶解效果欠佳,最终通过内镜下圈套器将未溶解的胃石切割为碎块成功治愈。两组患者均可耐受,未发生严重不良反应,不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(16.67%vs.10.53%,P=0.660)。结论:口服可口可乐联合内镜下圈套器治疗胃石症的治愈率高,可软化胃石,缩短内镜下的碎石时间,为胃石症患者提供了更好的治疗选择。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oral Coca-Cola combined with endoscopic snare in treating gastric bezoar.Methods:Retrospective analysis was conducted in 37 patients with gastric bezoars treated in our department between February 2016 and February 2023.The patients were allocated to control group(treated with Coca-Cola alone)and study group(treated with Coca-Cola combined with endoscopic snare)based on whether they received treatment combined with endoscopic snare.Elimination of the gastric bezoars was evaluated in both groups after treatment.Additionally,the size and formation time of gastric bezoars were compared between groups,and the impact of bezoars formation course on treatment efficacy was analyzed.Adverse reactions that occurred during the treatment period were maintained in both groups.Results:The cure rate of bezoars in the study group was higher than that in the control group(94.74%vs.66.67%,P=0.042).Coca-Cola was not effective in dissolving bezoars with a formation time of≥14 days,and the undissolved bezoars were successfully broken into small pieces using endoscopic snare.The tolerance was relatively good in the patients in both groups without serious adverse reactions.The incidence of adverse reactions was insignificant between the two groups(16.67%vs.10.53%,P=0.660).Conclusion:Combined oral Coca-Cola with endoscopic snare may lead to higher curative rate in treating gastric bezoars.This approach may provide a better treatment option for patients with gastric bezoars because it can soften the bezoars and shorten the lithotripsy time under endoscopy.
