摘　　要：目的:探讨1例以反复低血糖发作为首发表现的多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者的临床特点,以便临床医生早期识别该病,避免漏诊。方法:回顾性分析1例低血糖反复发作的老年MM患者的诊治过程,并进行相关文献复习。结果:患者老年男性,以低血糖为首发症状入院,入院后完善骨髓活检等相关检查后确诊为MM,转血液内科进一步治疗。结论:MM起病可隐匿,缺乏典型临床表现,对以低血糖发作为首发症状的MM患者的诊断较为困难,提示临床医生面对非糖尿病患者反复发生低血糖,应视情况筛查血液系统疾病。Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of a multiple myeloma(MM)patient with recurrent hypoglycemia as the initial symptom for helping the clinicians in early recognition of this condition and prevention of misdiagnosis.Methods:The diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed in an elderly male patient with recurrent hypoglycemia,and related literatures were reviewed.Results:The patient was an old male,presented with hypoglycemia as the initial symptom and was admitted to our hospital.Upon admission,he underwent bone marrow biopsy and relevant examinations,and was diagnosed with multiple myeloma and referred to Hematology Department for further treatment.Conclusion:Onset of MM can be insidious and lack typical clinical manifestations,making difficult diagnosis of MM patients with hypoglycaemia as the initial symptom.Our findings suggest that the clinicians should screen for haematological disorders as appropriate in the event of repeated episodes of hypoglycaemia in non-diabetic patients.
