摘 要:目的:观察上颌骨性扩弓器(MSE)的使用对青少年牙颌矢状向和垂直向的影响。方法:选取2021年7月~2023年1月使用MSE的16例上颌骨性牙弓狭窄的青少年患者,在患者扩弓前、扩弓结束分别拍摄锥形束CT(CBCT)、截取头颅侧位片并进行头影测量分析。结果:上颌骨性扩弓后腭平面相对于前颅底(PP-SN)的角度增大(P<0.05),上中切牙相对于前颅底(U1-SN)的角度减小(P<0.05),上、下颌骨在矢状向、垂直向上的其余指标变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:青少年患者经MSE治疗后,上中切牙发生舌倾,上、下颌在矢状向无显著移动,垂直向高度无显著增加。Objective:To observe the effects of maxillary skeletal expander(MSE)on the sagittal and vertical dentition in adolescents.Methods:Sixteen adolescent patients with constrictive maxillary arch treated with MSE were included between July 2021 and January 2023.Cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)scans and lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken for cephalometric analysis before expansion and after expansion.Results:PP-SN was significantly increased after expansion(P<0.05),yet U1-SN was notably decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the changes in other sagittal and vertical indicators of the maxilla and mandible position(P>0.05).Conclusion:After MSE treatment,the upper central incisors tilt lingually in adolescent patients.The maxilla and mandible show no significant sagittal movement,and there is no significant increase in vertical height.
