摘 要:目的:探讨护士职业认同感对医患关系的影响,以及人际情绪调节和职业倦怠在两者之间的中介作用,以期为建立和谐的医患关系提供参考。方法:2023年9月~2024年2月对安徽省内医院护理人员992名运用护士职业认同量表、职业倦怠量表、医护人员人际情绪调节问卷、医患关系量表进行施测。结果:(1)护士职业认同量表得分与医患关系得分呈负相关(r=-0.323,P<0.001),表明护士的职业认同感越高,医患关系越和谐。(2)人际情绪调节和职业倦怠在职业认同和医患关系之间的中介作用显著,主要包含两种中介路径——职业倦怠的单独中介作用(效应值为-0.194,95%CI:-0.239~-0.150)以及人际情绪调节与职业倦怠的链式中介作用(效应值为-0.061,95%CI:-0.086~-0.039)。结论:护士职业认同感不仅能直接影响医患关系,还能通过人际情绪调节和职业倦怠对医患关系产生间接影响。Objective:To explore the impact of nurses'professional identity on doctor-patient relationship,as well as the mediating roles between interpersonal emotion regulation and occupational burnout,with an attempt to provide references for establishing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Methods:From September 2023 to February 2024,we conducted a survey on 992 nursing staff from hospitals in Anhui Province using the Nurse Professional Identity Scale,the Occupational Burnout Scale,the Interpersonal Emotion Regulation Questionnaire for Medical Staff,and the Doctor-Patient Relationship Scale.Results:①The scores on the Nurse Professional Identity Scale were significantly and negatively correlated with the scores on the Doctor-Patient Relationship Scale(r=-0.323,p<0.001),indicating that the higher the nurses'sense of professional identity,the more harmonious their patient-doctor relationships were.②Interpersonal emotion regulation and occupational burnout significantly mediated the relationship between professional identity and doctor-patient relationship,primarily through two mediating pathways:the independent mediating role of occupational burnout(effect size:-0.194,95%CI:-0.239 to-0.150)and the chained mediating role of both interpersonal emotion regulation and occupational burnout(effect size:-0.061,95%CI:-0.086 to-0.039).Conclusion:The professional identity of nurses can not only directly affect doctor-patient relationship but also indirectly influence it through interpersonal emotion regulation and occupational burnout.
