摘　　要：目的:探讨有氧运动联合生活技能训练护理模式对男性精神分裂症患者的影响。方法:选取芜湖市第四人民医院2023年1~6月住院治疗的男性精神分裂症患者90例。根据随机数字表法,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者接受常规护理措施;观察组采用有氧运动与生活技能训练相结合的护理模式。比较两组患者接受不同护理12周后的PANSS、SF-36及ADL评分。结果:两组患者护理干预后的PANSS评分均下降(P<0.05),观察组PANSS评分下降幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。SF-36中的多个维度,如精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、活力、总体健康、躯体疼痛、生理职能和生理功能等,两组患者在护理后的评分均高于护理前(P<0.05),观察组患者在这些维度上的评分提升幅度也优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在护理后的ADL评分也高于护理前(P<0.05),观察组患者的ADL评分提升幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合护理模式在提升男性精神分裂症患者生活质量和促进其社会功能恢复方面发挥了积极的作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise plus life skills training nursing mode on male schizophrenic patients.Methods:Ninety male patients with schizophrenia treated on hospitalization basis were included from January 2023 to June 2023,and randomized to control group and observational group using random number table(n=45 for each group).Patients in the control group received conventional care,and those in the observational group were cared by integrated aerobic exercise with life skills training.The scores on Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)were compared between the two groups 12 weeks after receiving different nursing interventions.Results:Both groups had significantly lower PANSS scores after nursing(P<0.05),and the observational group had a greater decrease in PANSS scores than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the SF-36 rating scale,both groups exhibited notable improvements in the scores of"mental health,emotional function,social function,vitality,general health,physical pain,and physiological function"after receiving nursing care compared to the scores recorded prior to intervention(P<0.05).Furthermore,the increase in these scores within the observational group was considerably more pronounced than that observed in the control group(P<0.05).The ADL scores of both groups were significantly higher after nursing(P<0.05),and the observational group had a significantly greater increase in ADL scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated nursing model may produce positive impacts on the quality of life and social function recovery of schizophrenic patients.
