摘 要:介绍了建筑用灌浆套筒铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了铸件的熔炼工艺和铸造工艺,通过多次改进浇注系统工艺,减少内浇道数量,减少部分位置的补缩冒口,只对热节位置进行补缩,使灌浆套筒铸件的工艺出品率由50%提升到70%以上。铸件批量生产过程中质量稳定,无缩孔、缩松、冷隔等铸造缺陷,解决了浇注飘芯导致铸件局部壁厚不均问题,综合合格率达到99.5%以上,铸件生产效率由原来40箱/h增加至50箱/h,生产效率提高25%。The structure and technical requirements of grouting sleeve castings for construction were introduced.The melting process and casting process of the castings were elaborated in detail.By repeatedly improving the gating system process,the number of in-gates was reduced,and some of the risers were eliminated,with feeding applied only at the hot spots.As a result,the process yield of the grouting sleeve castings increased from 50%to over 70%.During mass production,the castings maintained stable quality without casting defects such as shrinkage cavities,porosity,cold shuts and other casting defects.The issue of uneven wall thickness caused by floating cores during pouring was resolved,achieving an overall pass rate of over 99.5%.The production efficiency of castings increased from the original 40 boxes/hour to 50 boxes/hour,representing a 25%improvement in production efficiency.
