摘  要:介绍了发动机曲轴铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的原生产工艺和出现的缩孔、缩松问题,分析认为原工艺方案在铸件热节还没有凝固时,补缩通道已经关闭,造成了铸件热节处缩孔、缩松问题。通过在补缩通道四周设置保温铁液块,凝固过程中给补缩通道保温,减少了补缩通道散热,延缓了补缩通道关闭时间,有效地提高了冒口的补缩距离,使铸件热节得到充分的补缩,创造了顺序凝固条件,从而解决了铸件热节缩孔、缩松问题。The structure and technical requirements of the engine crankshaft casting were introduced.The original production process of the casting and the problem of shrinkage and porosity were elaborated in detail.The analysis showed that the feeding channel had been closed when the hot section of the casting had not solidified in the original process plan,resulting in the shrinkage and porosity problem at the hot section of castings.By setting the insulating molten iron block around the feeding channel,and keeping the feeding channel warm during the solidification process,the heat dissipation of the feeding channel reduced,the closing time of the feeding channel was delayed,the feeding distance of the riser was effectively increased,the heat section was fully fed and the sequential solidification conditions were achieved.Thus,the problem of shrinkage cavity and porosity in hot sections were solved.
